Delete Your Account

How to Request Deletion

You can ask us to delete your SpectroNova Express account at any time, whether you use it on the web or in the SpectroNova Express app for Android and iOS.

1. Email info@spectronova.ai from the email address you sign in with.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include your company name.
3. We confirm the request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What We Delete

• Your sign-in account
• Your name, email address, phone number and other contact details
• Personal data held about you, within 30 days of the account being closed

What We Keep, and for How Long

• Invoices, rental agreements, payment and accounting records: kept for 5 years, as UAE law requires for commercial records
• Anonymized usage data: kept for analytics; it no longer identifies you

If You Rented a Vehicle

If you rented a vehicle from a company that uses SpectroNova Express, your records are held on that company's behalf. Ask the rental company to delete them, or email info@spectronova.ai and we will pass your request on.
